Margarita just sold two homes for us. Mine and my husband’s home and my parents home. They are in there 80’s and had lots of questions for her and she was so great with them very patient. We really felt very comfortable with her we also had a lot of laughs. Hopefully we won’t be selling for a while but if we do she will be our agent.
